So far the gym is fantastic! It has been completely refurbished. New machines, very big and complete changing rooms. It is not cheap but so far is really worth it.
The Best classes are Puma HITT and CX Workout try them and prepare to get sweaty. ???? And most definitely take a bottle of water with you ???? and a banana to gain protein after????
To get you through the winter months, give your underwear a whirl in the speedo-dryer by the showers for a nice warm start to the day.
Disagree on the tip about PT's. if you are not afraid to share equipment then share. Don't be afraid to ask. It's a friendly place!
Everything you need is there, I think they are renovating... Good idea, can't wait to see what will be new!

Second-rate compared to VA Barbican, and a LONG way behind the Tier 1 club on Essex Rd. Slow service @ front desk. Dirty , dusty & overcrowded. Showers aren't pleasant. In desperate need of a refurb.
Hatha Yoga classes with Jen are great. Thursday am for a quieter class ...

The gym always gets very busy on Mondays, but the swimming pool is usually relatively quiet
