Easy to get to. The North Avenue bus stop is across the street and the store is located next to the subway station . There is also validated parking , but I don't know how much it is.

Alway make an appointment first. You can make an appointment by downloading the apple store and connecting to the stores wifi

Nice staff . Convenient location right outside of the north/clybourn station. I had Phil the Genius Bar technician with salt&pepper beard. He was friendly and knowledgable . He fixed my ancient MacBook!

This is the place to get your Apple products. It's only hopelessly crowded on weekends but even then you'll be able to find a helpful associate with ease. Much better than the Mich Ave location.

There's parking in the building opposite. You'll need validation though. It's 3 bucks an hour $6 for 1-2 hours and regular cost if it's more than 2 hours. Get your parking pass validated at the store.

This store has a much more customer-friendly design than the downtown one on North Michigan Avenue. And there are more restaurants here in Lincoln Park .

Make appts & place orders before coming in for a much faster, smoother experience!

Great service. The techs really believe in helping you. Can get very busy so scheduling an appointment before you arrive is recommended.

Love this store! Friendly and very helpful staff . It's also a short walk from the other north ave stores and my favorite Goose Island brew pub -- perfect location!

They were great quickly resolving an issue that was Apple's fault. Other retailers likely would have drowned me in red tape. A+ service at this one. Thanks.

Get here at 9am when they open for the bust chance of Genius Bar support without an appointment .

The associates that supposedly helped me were indeed NOT AT ALL HELPFUL! They left me w/a worthless iPhone, simple as that. They put my Apple ID wrong & blamed ME because it didn't work!

Don't drink the water from the water fountain or trees ! Only indoor water drinking allowed.

Don’t freak out that is so sterile. It looks like that for a reason.

Don't count on them to be on time if you have an appointment . Went in on a Monday night and they were running over an hour behind.

Poor service, long wait always. Many people who work there do nothing but take your name and enter it into the system, but do not want to provide basic service.
