Sooo much nicer now they remodeled and rebranded to xfinity. Wait wasn't bad on a busy Saturday and they even gave me free HDMI cables!

Tuesday and Thursday they open at 8am instead of 9am. Get there early to avoid the long lines .

Came on a Tues at 2:45 pm and thankfully no line and returned my equipment quickly. The lady was nice, funny, and helped me with my bill. Wish I remembered her name....damn.

Do not come on the Saturday! Bring reading material, iPad, iPhone, Kindle, whatever if you come on Saturday. Lines are super long.

It has you by the balls (females too) and you'll never get rid of it! That's what it knows, and it charges accordingly. 3=[}

Even if you're coming early before open to try to avoid the line , come about another 15 mins earlier than you think you should.

The line is Usually long but it moves pretty quick usually;p

Make sure to read the list of lies hanging over on the wall. They call it the "Comcast Customer Guarantee" hilarious!

Definitely going during week. I went at noon, small lines . I was 2 in line .

At least 25 people in line . 6 windows with someone sitting at each of them, yet only 2 have customers at them. Unbelievable.
