The services is so bad!!! I told the staff to clean up my room and change my towel, but my towel didn't got changed. I knew it bcs there's a blood in my towel from my bleeding-nose..
Not so many choices for buffet breakfast..the presentation of the food looks awful and unhealthy, no tissue, no water and the staff never collect your empty & dirty plates
No hairdryer, no kettle, no shower cap inside the room. You can ask for shower cap, but they dont have hairdryer
