Self check in kiosk takes a while and confuses people... A lot. Make sure to give yourself a few extra minutes.

Use the kiosk instead of standing in line for check in for Asia flights . Much faster than standing in line . However some kiosks have difficulty reading passports

Partner flights beware! Bureaucracy reigns here, not customer service. Take care to book flight actually operated by your airline of choice!

Workers at baggage will try their hardest to get you to pay additional money to check in a bag you can obviously carry on

Get there way early if you want to make your flight !
