Water from the soda fountain tastes like whatever flavored iced tea is sharing the pipe. Use ice and the hot water dispenser.

There's another security checkpoint near the Gate 54 end of Hawaiian Air by the lounge . Opens around 10am and no lines !

This does not have much to do with a lounge as we know it in Europe. In an air-conditioned room there is free coffee , tea , water, cola and lemonade .Even a first class ticket does not change anything.

You can't eat outside food in here but there's a nice garden area right outside and to the right. Perfect for a snack or a nap before a flight

This really is a terrible lounge . Worn and stained carpet, no food apart from horrid dry pretzels and a miserable drink selection. Its only redeeming feature is good WiFi .

Once past TSA, pick up free map/coupon visitor books for your neighbor island destination.

kind of a joke of an airline lounge . roasty coffee in tanks and some tea bags. no actual food or glassware . hopefully Alaska will improve this situation!

As of 1/6/14 the other tips are on target - dated, few plugs, no real snacks .

They have a decent selection of drinks, but all they have to eat is extra airline snack mix. They won't even let you get something decent to eat downstairs because of their no outside food policy.

Very disappointing - no snacks , little choice of drinks , not very comfortable .

Get a drink from the soda fountain and take a seat in front of the television .

If you want something to eat (anything), go elsewhere. They for even have snacks here. No fruit , no cereal, no chips . Nada.

Hawaiian's lounge at LAX has more snacks than this one.

This is not what I expected for first class . Hawaiian Airlines should step it up a notch.
