Lovely pub on Monmouth. Traditional feel. Food smells amazing but I was only here for drinks. Will be back to try steak and ale pie . Yum.

Ridiculous rules that involve you heading inside to get a drink, and not being allowed back outside where your friends and bags are for 30 mins due to crowd regulations. Happened on two occasions.

Honestly the worst pub food I've eaten in years. Microwaved pie , with gravy that needs a blender to get it out of the jug. Don't eat here.

This pub might have gotten away with the terrible service and atmosphere in any other part of town , but with so many good bars in the area this is forgettably bad. Zero charm.
