Great northern Thai. A favorite of locals so it can be very crowded very early. But tables turn fast. Get a number and relax it's well worth the wait.

We liked the braised pork shoulder so much, we ordered another plate. Pork curry also delicious. And sauted greens swimming in a delightful garlic sauce . Total came to 257 baht ($7.41 US).

The Burmese pork curry is very tasty! The stir fried sweet leaves with egg was really delicious too. The grilled pork shoulder with the sauce was yummy. Worth the wait!

Some say it’s northern Thai food that is not really authentic . Others love their take on the traditional recipes. It comes down to personal taste. Try คั่วแห้มไก่ and แอ็บปลา, which are executed well

This restaurant is highly recommended by locals. Just pick what you like from their recommended menu list. They are all good.

Spicy pork omelette and grilled pork shoulder were excellent! I went to Huen Muan Jai and I thought this place was way better.

A bit lost in a long list of dishes so I advice to somehow discover beforehand. Pork shoulder and coconut soup were my choice and were tasty. At 5 p.m. noticed a queue so to book in advance is better.

The stir fried sweet leaf with egg and Burmese pork curry were favorites. The northern Thai hors d'ouvres (spelling?) was a whole bunch of new, some of which was not bad at all.

Very very nice northern Thai food and reasonable price! So worth waiting in the queue! My favourite dish was the Burmese pork curry - แกงอังเล yummy !

Very good, traditional Northern Thai food . We loved the fermented pork grilled in banana leaf , sweet leaf soup with ant eggs , and young jackfruit . It's spicy !!

Long lines but dont be intimidated. Get a number slip and a menu, write down what you want and give it back to the host. They'll serve you once you're seated.

Good on everything, especially soup and BBQ pork . Btw, must try it chicken wing ! The most delicious I have ever eat.

Great food. Was packed when we arrived at 7pm but we were given a number and seated within 15mins. Note that the jackfruit salad and ant eggs soup can be very spicy .

Come and get your queue paper, write down your order, send back to staff and wait for calling. Deep fried pork belly is good

Lanna food isn't always easy to find - here's a good convenient place to sample it all. It was easy to get a table at 1pm on a weekday.

Fantastic, really tasty and loved the hors d’oeuvres. Burmese curry was very special, as was the dipping sauce for the tilapia .

Curried pork was delicious. Would order a side dish of vegetables though as the dish came only with the curried pork and optional rice , steamed or sticky.

Not sure what to think about this restaurant . For sure it was pure authentic Thai food . However we did not see anyone’s smiling or enjoying the food. The best thing we ordered was the Thai sausage .

I found ice and container not clean . Quiet smelly. Check it first or drink from bottle. Restaurant acknowledged and compensated for it

The fried chicken is very small portion. I'd suggest going to a local place and getting a big portion for 30 baht.
