Campion Trail

Nice long winding trails , view of the trinity river fork, forest , parks , wildlife , what's not to love?! Be sure to bring your own water , they have two or three fountains , but they are spread apart .

Great trail for walking, running, cycling , or whatever. Yes, if you time it right there will be bunnies, snakes , opossum, and other critters.

There is about a 3 mile total run in along the Trinity you can do. Look for the signs.

Trails are always well maintained, never too crowded . Great mix of sun and shade.

Be careful through the forest paths. I came across a snake while cycling and it wasn't a garden snake . I'm lucky he didn't reach for my leg or something. I suggest having a exercise partner out there.
