La Colombe Torrefaction

La Colombe's newest NYC location in Hudson Square is definitely their most spacious . Communal seating, lots of light, and damn good iced coffee .

Really love this place. Minimal decor so it feels very crisp and clean . The coffee and drinks are delicious. I work in the area and we've been hitting this more often than the two starbucks options.

Great espresso and second best almond croissant in town . Seating for reading and highfalutin socializing, but no wifi , so not great for working online.

Great coffee and espresso . More spacious than their other locations. The acoustics are terrible and amplify the ambient sound. Let's see if the line gets longer or shorter after the honeymoon period!

Being Italian makes me somewhat picky about my coffee choices but this place is super good and did not disappoint me! Cappuccinos are delicious and so the pastries . Not cheap , but great quality.

Best latte in nyc and probably in the nation. No milky taste, very balanced espresso . Price is right for the quality. Great atmosphere, cool baristas.+Try Turkish coffee dark chocolate next to latte !

Beats the noisy and overcrowded Noho location on a Sunday!!! Best alternative to Kaffe 1886 in this area. Sometimes people bring toddlers which can be a distraction so come after toddler nap time :-)

Very spacious . Great place to chill or catch up with a friend during the weekend. I like the draft latte . No WiFi

Great draft latte over ice and pastries . It may not please the purist of the coffee variety, but I appreciate it and firmly believe the true violation of coffee law is one without espresso .

Spacious , never crowded (at least during the times that I’ve been), great place to do some work.

Ham and cheese croissants , though skimpy on the filling, are still soft and flavorful. The cappuccinos are large and tasty, the service quick and friendly !

Beautiful interior , tasty pastries and a solid tea list. Not overwhelmingly busy.

Spacious and airy interior with nice custom furniture but acoustic are terrible and gets quite loud . Good espresso drinks and small selection of sweets. Wish they served lunch or something savory!

Much more spacious than other la Colombes . Nice selection of juices and yogurt if you're not in a pastry/coffee mood

Lots of tables with WeWorkers planning the latest startup. Great espresso and the iced coffee comes with an extra shot.

Finally a decent coffee shop in the Hudson Square area. Very friendly staff , but the lines can be really long in the mornings.

Pour over is worth a shot. Almond croissants kick ass. Spacious and not too crowded

Delicious Americano . Cool staff . Coffee is excellent. The pastries/tarts not so great.

There's one power outlet in the corner, but no Wifi . All the other tips are right - it gets deafeningly loud in here. Bring earplugs.

Best iced coffee I've ever had, sad it isn't in CA! Can't wait to go back next NYC visit.

New sound dampening in the ceiling has greatly improved acoustics . For least crowds get here at 12.30pm.
