I walked around the men's department and even tried on two suits without ONE PERSON asking me if I needed help. Thee worst Macy 's store I've ever visited. I didn't buy anything here. Disappointed

It's so big and so great, everyone is so friendly , they never disappoint!

Service on a week night is non existent, and saw lone clerk disappear into back room when I approached.

They don't offer changing tables in their rest rooms! Unbelievable. To make matters worse, the restrooms are located in the baby section. Wake up Macy's.

An awesome place to do a return. Even without a receipt.

Don't attempt to use shopkick rewards at Macy's! It's a long process and isn't instant like Target or Best Buy

The shopping experience here is offensive! No customer service and the clothing displays are a mess!

3rd floor women's restrooms are the worst. 2 stalls. Smells like a porta potty.

Worst Macy 's ever. It's so ghetto. The employees are slow. Literally. They don't know what they're doing.
