La Colombe Coffee Roasters

If in DC area, please do yourself a favor and have a cup of coffee from La Colombe.

If it's warm out, try the Pure Black and Tan combination of the Draft cold-pressed coffee & milk and their Pure Black.

The on-tap latte , apple turnover , and baristas were most excellent. Wifey and I prefer this La Colombe over other good La Colombe's such as the East Village-NYC and the Wicker Park-Chicago locations.

Out post of third wave Philadelphia coffee house . No wifi but lots of room and friendly staff . I recommend the black and tan any day of the week.

This is one of the few i will visit anywhere in the world. Helpful staff , quality of coffee , verity of bakery selection and amazing decoration. Keep it up

An iced latte or a cortado are my go-to drinks, and they even have a frothy iced latte on tap ! The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere here is very laid back .

If you couldn't find the La Colombe in the alley, this is a more friendly , front and center setting. Amazing coffee of course! Cortados ask for one dark roast and one light roast espresso .

Great coffee and tea . Feels like a great place to relax . Great pour-overs and different beans. They only have pastries and chocolate to eat.

I have dreams about the oat milk Black and Tan . In theory, it’s a great space to work, but they don’t have electrical plugs. Or super reliable WiFi .

Delicious Almond Milk Latte--hot or iced.

Get two cortados : one regular espresso and one single origin . Incredible how good and unique they are.

The way that the drinks come up can be quite confusing (no names & people ordering the same thing), so keep an eye on who is in front of you

Super cool "Colombe" does caffeine just right, maybe try a nitro latte in spring...

the chocolate in the mocha was so light yet rich without being bitter. it mixed well with the espresso .

The worst seating (think elementary school desks and chairs) and completely disorganised bar and baristas; otherwise, charming and the coffee 's delicious.

Good social atmosphere, but no wall plugs if you want to work there. Great coffee !
