If you are adventurous, go to the lighthouse at night. So peaceful . The sounds of the waves hitting the rocks and the bells ringing on the buoys are awesome.
This was the one place I was looking forward to seeing in Newport. Loved everything about it & it’s just as pretty in person. The entrance says private property but that’s the way to go in.
Follow the dirt path across from the marina parking area after the inn
Off the beaten path, not touristy and a great lookout spot.
