Zentan has their own take on pho which they make with oxtail . It's a but fancier and smaller than your typical pho joint but delicious nonetheless!

I absolutely loved the mushrooms and the soft tofu in the miso soup . Sake (Salmon ) and White Tuna Nigiri were spectacular! The pork belly rice bowl was delicious and filling as well .

The Peas & Sprouts is a great meal starter, a warm bowl packed with crispy brussels sprouts and fresh chickpeas topped with a shiso-mustard vinaigrette and garlic chips .

Order the Sake Braised Short Ribs - glazed root vegetables , kabocha squash puree, beef jus. The ribs are tender and compliment the other flavors.

The Sake Garden cocktail is great. Be careful as you can easily drink several before you know it! The five-spice chocolate soufflé dessert is delicious. Rich but complex flavor.

This hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Try the Braised Pork Belly - Frisée , poached egg , popcorn shoots.

Great food. A tad overpriced in comparison to other restaurants in the area but still good food. Knowledgeable servers and amazing host boy.

Jarad at the bar is great! If you just have 2 or less people, sitting at the bar is great. Salmon lover, firecracker, brick, and Cantonese steak are great. I would skip the crudo (too much vinegar)

Brussel sprouts , salmon skewer , and steak skewers were excellent. Skip bland gyoza . Cod was standard. Duck and chicken thigh skewer okay. Try short rib next time!

Great for a special night out. The Singapore slaw is the perfect starter. The Fire Cracker rolls were amazing. Ambiance and service - all A+.

Okay; overpriced, but good sushi . Cavernous main room belies its hotel association. Weird disconnects (bone-in duck for lettuce wraps ?) makes menu feel thrown together; but great service.

what happened? Used to be a great restaurant . Now Kimpton has taken over and the menu, attitude and service leave a lot to be desired. Used to eat here on each visit to DC but won't be coming back.
