Beautiful, fresh, crisp atmosphere - borderline airy. While the food was rich, complex, grounded - borderline perfect. 14th just got a little brighter and a heck of a lot bolder. Run, don't walk.
Delicious Street Thai and Vietnamese street food . Try the melt in your mouth Sable fish , Nua Kem ˧ Thai Wok Tossed Marinated Beef , whole crispy fish , and blue crab noodles .

Part Thai, part Vietnamese, Doi Moi is pleasure. Mark Kuller (Proof, Estadio ) and chef Haidar Karoum returned from Southeast Asia to create flavors that some foodists compare to Little Serow.
Order the Spicy Fried Cashews as soon as you sit down. They'll give you something delicious to munch while you're perusing the menu.
Delicious! Loved the very spicy duck salad & chicken curry . Noodles made in-house and you can tell! Very reasonable wine prices. Can't wait to go back.
Halibut was good but extremely spicy . The lemongrass beef is a decent main portion size and solid, traditional and I would order again. Pork collar skewer was excellent
Great cuisine, noise level is high, they need to add Ikea rugs to the Ikea like design
Absolutely love this place— great Thai spicy food . East Asian gin & tonic , pork buns , short rib curry , and noodles were big hits

Great food & knowledgeable staff . Temperature is a bit chilly - wear removable layers. Make reservations !
The lemongrass beef noodle dish is fantastic! As for the wine list - stick to the Pinot from oregon. The Italian reds by the glass aren't great.

They have excellent take out through the Caviar app.
Love everything (lemongrass beef & peanut cocktails ) but the service

Kee Mao is one of the best Thai dishes I've had in DC
Halibut and duck curry were the best dishes we had, but everything was great.
Very excellent Vietnamese food ! Also small, pretty shareable plates.
The specialty drinks are small, and the wine pours are light. Stick to beer or rail.
The papaya salad and crispy chicken wings are divine!
Great cocktails and off beat selection of Asian tastes
Crab rice is amazing. The halibut curry could use more curry though.
Thai fried beef jerky is heavenly.
