Nicely done rooms. You've got plenty of fine restaurants to go and it's cheaper than the Sheraton (2 blocks away). Highly recommended. Try the Keg on the lobby.
Quick stop for coffee , sandwich salad & soup ? La Prep, a block away, offers very reasonable price-quality fresh breakfast & lunch meals. You can "Grab N Go" or enjoy the meal in store.Recommended

Tanya at the concierge desk and her "ticket guy" are awesome. They got us a great deal on Flames tickets for tonight's game. Ask and you shall receive.

Their heavenly beds are amazing but be sure to set every alarm you have since you will sleep so well !
they do amazing banquet events . I also love to stay at the Westin while in Edmonton. The beds are GREAT!
If in the business tower avoid x51 or x57 rooms. 51s back onto the lift shaft and 57s the ice machines! Free wifi for spg members in the rooms.
Every weds. there's a Starwood Preferred Guest reception in the lounge . Fantastic appies and wine !

When I asked for directions to a restaurant to meet a waiting client, the concierge said she did not know and referred me to the keg in the hotel . I showed her how to use google. Shady.

06's and 07's are deluxe rooms. Quite a bit bigger than the standard.
Great deals are up for grabs. Find a discount code online and reserve over the phone. Much cheaper rates than just walking into the lobby

Nice upgrade , but unresponsive to a couple of requests. Beware when hotel is booked .
Not cheap AND no free wifi therefore wifi costs just under $15 per day on top of your room rate.
Not impressed, expected more from a Westin location. Bed wasn't comfortable , bathroom was pretty small.
I find the standard rooms small, try for a upgrade .
Self parking is 25 vs 35 for valet
