We had an excellent weekend break at the hotel . The room was excellent and the staff were all wonderful. We didn't use the restaurants or services but just enjoyed the hotel and it's location.
Great place to stay in downtown Calgary. Near shops and restaurants .
Loved the room, although it was a little hot since it was facing east. Very clean and great service.
A historic landmark as one of the first hotels in Calgary . Book a room on one of the newly renovated “Gold Floors,” where you’ll receive special services and offers.
Stayed for two nights; super-swanky, beautiful hotel ! They even had Mr. Goldblum greet us in our room! ;)
A lovely hotel with traditional character and tasteful modern renovations to compliments the style of the Fairmont
Very disappointed to Rim Rock 's breakfast buffet selection for $30 I expect a lot more. The best selection and price is at Banff Springs (#1) and Chateau Lake Louise (#2)
Very rundown, scummy bath tubs and beaten up furniture and doors even in the suites. As aPresidents Club Platinum member I was appalled.
Best hotel in Calgary ! Great service in a historic building .
Keurig machine in each room! And real milk and cream in the bar fridge
Don't miss the heavenly desert buffet every Monday where you get to sample yummy chocolate creations. Tempting!
Good food and service ok. Be prepare to take your luggage stairs up on arrival. Nobody will help you.
If you are in search of the greatest nachos in town , this is the place to be! Their halibut in truffle sauce will fly you to the moon!
The gym is just past the pool. Three treadmills and one stair machine. Some free weights.
Wow. For a run down old hotel the nickel and diming exhausted me. $15/night for slow wi-fi, $6 for water, $10 for sandals at the pool/spa?? Come on, you're the Fairmont, not a motel 6. Big Fail.
Rim rock Cafe is awesome and overall service is great
The Junior Suite is, in fact, just a slightly bigger room. Don't pay for the extra.
Outrageous price for wi fi . In this day and age you shouldn't have to sign up fir anything to get it free. Pricey enough room charge so it should be included.
Try the Chicken Wings - The Indian Spiced are delicious but pricey .
This penthouse lounge is the real deal. Lovely.
Free Internet access if you sign up for a (free) Presidents Club account.

Had the Two Eggs breakfast after a night at the Fairmont Palliser. It was fantastic! (The coffee was particularly good!) Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hotel! - Torie Heming
Very central, a walking distance from the best attractions in downtown, I loved the bed, very comfy, a fridge in the room is what is missing, derive is excellent - Anas RH
Great hotel at the center of Calgary, easy walking distance to almost anything. Close to C Train as well. - Carl Haydel
Nice and spacious rooms and clean. The breakfast is included and good. Prices are reasonable. - Henri Vogels
Interesting to see Calgary from this high up, but you can tell the city needs to update the building. The glass floor was a cool feature. I recommend everyone go once and see the city from up high. - Joshua Peters
Amazing brunch!!!! Come very hungry - Carolyn Munnoch
Great seating area as it's inside a hotel - lots of great, comfy seats to settle into with your IPad. - Kate do Forno
