Very central, a walking distance from the best attractions in downtown, I loved the bed, very comfy , a fridge in the room is what is missing, derive is excellent

If you're needing a fridge in the room you'll need to upgrade to one of the suites. Was surprised even the luxury suite don't have a mini-fridge.
Get the in room massage it is fantastic and very relaxing!

wifi is free in the lobby. I was able to access it in my roomy entire stay.

There is a halal restaurant nearby hotel .. Pizza 555 at the junction of 1st St SW and 11 Ave SW
Stay away from the street side to avoid the noise. Aveda products ensuite. If these are not for you, then you may need your own toiletries.
What's not to love about a poolside bar in the summer?
They'll let you use the pool without having a room if you order food and drinks.

We had an excellent weekend break at the hotel. The room was excellent and the staff were all wonderful. We didn't use the restaurants or services but just enjoyed the hotel and it's location. - Chris Rusted
