Fresh meats and produce. Not too expensive . Lots of specialty items like gluten free and such. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Go during the week if you can’t stand a crowd. The bulk section is great, but the frozen vegetables , dairy, and produce are always picked over, and there’s always lots of things out of stock.
