Everything thing is great. The pear tart rocked thanksgiving dinner ! Remember, they make a small quantity of delicious sandwiches as well ! Ham with pear on rustic baguette .
Get a dozen croissants take them home and freeze them. Heat 'em up in the oven each morning and eat with butter and jam .
The frangipanne is the best : crunchy, right amount of sugar, very tasty. Also the baguette are delicious.
