Lovely hotel in the heart of the city . Good breakfast , nice staff . Really clean and bright rooms.

Excellent breakfast and nice bar . Save underground parking let's you rest your head without any worries on your vehicle. Cool trendy place to stay.

Best value for money in Berlin! Quiet and big rooms , nice gym , friendly staff . The breakfast is expensive (but famous!) try a more modest plate from the bar !

The breakfast is excellent, serving bio products. Great hospitality , i even got a small present for updating my location on foursquare

Great hotel ... love everything about this hotel .. love the football pitch at the reception and all the vibrant colors, this is my third time, i have also stayed here in 2009 and 2010.

Huge hotel , still you feel very welcome. Friendly staff , nice big rooms and the breakfast is good. Can be a bit crowded of course. The wifi is horrible. If you have any connection, it's is very slow.

Great hotel if you are into anonymity of the big hotel joints, but in the same time they have clean and cozy rooms which is really nice.

Very nice staying here for a week-long conference . Staff is helpful and friendly . If I come this way again it is definitely top of my list!

Don't settle! If something is not as expected- tell the staff . We did! The first room was dirty , so we got an apology from the staff (pic) and a fantastic upgrade to Premium!

Nice trendy hotel with in a walking distance from U-station and Bus-stops. Price is right for a 4 star hotel .

This is the best place to celebrate special events . It's home to 48 function rooms which can accommodate as much as 500 people.

Window of the room looks like its gonna fall!!! Try to ask for higher floor. Level 1 rooms are so near the lobby outside, when ppl smoke/talk, u can smell & hear.

Perfect room, Nice lobby and installations. Very fair #breakfast but terrible dinner (shame). Run away from the snack point - pure robbery. Staff has forgot to be kind with customers.

Ask for a new room. Half the hotel is refurbished the other half just retouched.

free wifi is for ALL your devices (at the same time); bathrobes and slippers on request; some rooms (eg 1182) poor and limited view .

Great place to stay when exploring Berlin, but sadly the free Wi-Fi quality is still not good.

Great location! Room is average, service not as expected.

Air conditioning subpar and really not recommended for anyone not travelling in a group of 60 or more.

Disappointing room service !! I had a problem with the heating system in my room(it was freezing!). They sent up a technician who did not even understand the problem. Bring your own radiator with you!

After a long day traveling I'm sitting in the bar hopping to eat something .. But no . The waitress doesn't seem to care .! She is late 20 minutes and she is acting rudely
