If you spill something on yourself, don't use their napkins. They will get mad. Also, don't bother offering to mop it up for them. They will get even more mad.

Why don't people listen when ordering I said toasted almond with skin milk . I got an iced. So asked for hot same order got plain coffee . Yeah I won't be back. Plenty of other DD out there.
