Great place to have a drink in the center. Long working hour. Jenevers are near. Personal favorite: ok selection of oud bruin, which is rare (e.g. liefmans , duchesse de bourgogne, rodenbach grand cru)

Ghent is a great city , and this is a great beer pub . Augustijn is a very good suggestion (you can drink it only at few places in Belgium), but eg Brugse Zot is also a nice try. Read more

Always check the specials on draft . Had a 'witte lambiek' from Timmermans yesterday. Great surprise to find stuff like that. Staff knows their beers so ask them.
