Quirky joint with lots of Belgium beers (350 or so). Two things to note: 1) they're cash only 2) they have big Kwak glasses , for which you'll need to leave a shoe as deposit. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

You won't know which beer to choose... So many! Ithis pub can be crowded a lot but it has a great interior and atmosphere:-)

THE BEER PLACE in Flanders: 500+ beers . Fun decorated and the biggest, talest meanest kwak glass ever. You can only buy one a day, and they take one shoe in deposit, that they hoist into the ceiling.

You will find the beer what you have been looking for. Super friendly service too. And also relatively fast. A tip: Please wear a new sock before you go to the bar , if you want to drink special kwak:)

Huge variety of beer selection , funny tradition with givin one shoe away as the deposit when drinking selected beer . Cozy beer bar , good for rainy afternoon.

Nice interior, if you order the super large beer , you have to put your shoe in a special basket. They make a nice act of it

Great atmosphere, but the famous Belgian beers are too expensive . Also be aware of the fact that you're lucky when you manage to grab a seat, because it's often very crowded .

Brought a friend from the UK here, since he doesn't like strong beers he ordered a kriek. The waiter rudely commented "it's for ladies". None of your godamn business what people order...

Try the 'Dulle Griet'. You have to give your shoe as a warrant for the very nice glass. When your 'Dulle Griet' is finished, you can take back your shoe out of the basket.

Increible lugar! El bar donde hay que dejar un zapato para poder pedir el vaso grande, una tradicion para que los borrachos no se vayan descalzos, parte del folclore de Gantes!

La cerveza gigante está muy buena, tanto la rubia como la tostada. Buen ambiente, auténtico y acogedor . Debes visitarlo si vas a Gante.

Очень здорово????Есть нюансы. 1 литр Квак в сутки на человека, такие правила бара. Перед тем как приносят Квак ????, бармен забирает туфель, кладёт в корзину и подвешивает к потолку . Отдаёт, забрав посуду.
