Dogs are allowed off leash from 7 AM (9 AM on weekends) to 8 PM in the partially-fenced area on the west side of the park , near Avenue Road .

Disclaimer: The courts are concrete and the nets are fences. But you shouldn't expect much more from a converted hockey rink in the summer time. But, its a great location and in semi-decent location - HUDDLERS
