Been here 2 to 3 times with my wife and neither of us have ever been spoken to by an employee of the store. Assuming they have employees unless customers were using their computers?

West Elm is NOT the Old Navy of Pottery Barn . Pottery Barn is classic and somewhat boring. West Elm is much more modern.
