I guess it gets the job done. Some leather seats and waiting in a more secluded quiet area . Sparse snacks and drinks.
Elevator #4 brings you right down to the track level "T" without having to wait in the long lineups in the lobby. ClubAcela access is one of the best features on Amtrak!
If you have Continental President's Club or United RCC membership you can get in with a same-day Amtrak ticket. Helps skip the line to board since they have elevators that directly access the platform
Clean , quiet , friendly service . Loads of comfortable seats . Coffee is awful though.
Aside from comfortable seats , they can help change tickets, and send you straight down to the platform instead of waiting in line .
Nice, comfy lounge with elevators that go straight to the platforms .
Has the best public bathroom option at 30th St Station, BY FAR.
Relatively recently renovated. Definitely an improvement. Restrooms are upgraded.
Ridiculously cool that you can bypass the masses and take an elevator straight down from the lounge to your specific track .
Elevator 2 is the best one to get directly to track level
It was very nice and the people were friendly .
Admission is free if you have an Acela first class ticket or have current Select Plus status on Amtrak
Free soda , juice and coffee plus pretzels and chips ..
Very friendly red cap service!
The railing along the windows use the old Pennsylvania Railroad logo
Renovations July-August 2013. They set up in north concourse.
It's a pain to get to if you have heavy bags - it's on the second floor and you find a redcap to give you access to the elevator .
Wish I didn't have to drag my luggage upstairs.
