Everything I've had is delicious. Portions are huge! Only negatives (shared with most other great brunch places in the city ) - it's cash only & on the weekends you're in for a wait. Not BYOB anymore.
Chicken & Waffles Benedict - southern fried boneless chicken thigh and two poached eggs on buttermilk waffle half with maple syrup and hot sauce hollandaise - and a side of Southern cheese grits
My sister and I both shared the red velvet pancake + the 3 eggs omelet with american cheese . Both dishes were amazingly delicious.. But next time, we'd share only 1 dish, cause their's is really big????
short rib hash was more than enough food for two. I liked the potato pancake base and rosemary homefries better than the meat and eggs ! waitress also recommends the cookie dough/red velvet pancakes
Great food and friendly service . Be ready to wait for a table, but it's totally worth it! I loved their omelette , but I'm definitely getting their pancakes next time!
The place is great, the short rib Benedictine excellence as the red velvet pancake . Nice attention from writers. But the one in the picture has no clue on how to treat costumes .
Super popular breakfast spot . Large selection of dishes, sweet and savoury. Huge portions . Everything was a gazillion calories. Did I say HUGE portions ? Had tomato soup and veggie burger . It was OK.
Chicken & Waffles Eggs Benedict. Don't even think twice about whether or not this combination will work because IT DOES. You won't regret it!
These people serve breakfast for kings/queens, really filling portions. Red velvet pancakes ! Been through that before, but a crème brûlée french toast ? I tried it, I loved it, I think its exceptional.
The picture should say it all! The Eggs Benedict are great & Red Velvet Pancakes are a must try! Enjoy :)
Great food been here many times and waiter today just completely ignored my table refilled everyone's coffee and just kept walking past my table, will visit again but will make sure not to have waiter
The smoked salmon eggs Benedict (forgot the actual name) was so good!!! Really friendly staff and the food was great! Will be back soon!
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH STUFFED FRENCH TOAST . I'll just leave that there. ???????? but really, you can't get French toast much better than what I had this morning.
Chicken and waffles ! Individually each ingredient was fantastic, together...amazing! Get yourself some alcoholic coffee like "the dude". Great place, always busy.
The chicken waffle Benedict are to die for here, go with some regular ice tea . The wait for seating Mayb u need to be open minded with, and come prepared coz it can take anything between 25 to 45 mins
Portions here are enormous, so don't be afraid to share your food. The red velvet pancakes are amazing and definitely over the top. It's HUGE! So order for the table.
I triad the red velvet pancake it was really good ???????? however the plate was large and too much for one person I hope if they offer smaller plate
I had the crab cakes topped with egg Benedict . It was flavorful, the eggs were just right. I added a side of their chorizo which completed this great brunch .
Great for brunch . There is always a wait though and they don't take reservations . Put your name down and then walk to the nearby Starbucks for a coffee while you wait
Chicken waffles Benedict was tasty. More hollandeise sauce needed! French toast stuffed with banana was incredible ????
If you're indecisive like me, the Lox Benedict (served on rye with a dollop of cream cheese ) is basically two breakfasts in one.
Hands down the best breakfast in Philly. Everything is so good I can't recommend one thing over the other. That being said...........the pumpkin spice waffles are ridiculous! ????
Red velvet pancakes were great but way too much! Omelets are great but salty, probably b/c I had turkey bacon and ham (both obviously already salted). With fruit side and toast , it was very filling.
Portions are massive! Creme brûlée French toast is wicked and the kitchen sink will fill you up for a while.
The creme brulee French toast is good (though I would have preferred more syrup , otherwise the bread can seem dry). Try the lox benedict too, and slather it in hot sauce !
They have amazing vegan/vegetarian options. The vegan sausage and tofu scramble are excellent. Also the creme brûlée french toast is delicious.
We had the Breakfast Burrito , the Kitchen Sink Skillet and a children size order of Red Velvet Pancakes . Everything was AMAZING!!! But the rest in the menu looked good too.
It’s mostly a hype place. Interesting menu of sweet breakfast items , not all that different than ihop. Food is just okay, but not worth the wait, paying in cash, or putting up with the attitude.
Great service, even better food. Get the red velvet pancakes . Come early n be prepared to wait for large parties. Well worth it though!
Benedict can be done gluten free with potato pancakes instead of bread . Tasted great. Get fruit as your side or it's a lot of potato .
The creme brulee french toast is the way to go! This place is cash only , FYI.
Everything is good here except the potential wait due to it's reputation and popularity. In other words - Green Eggs Cafe Is da bomb!
Their biscuits are a must try. Order extras because they will disappear quick.
Everything is amazing here! Make sure to get the chicken and waffles Benedict. Also, get the red velvet pancakes !
The shrimp and grits is great. Fantastic menu all around. There may be a line but it moves quickly. Make sure to bring cash.
Favorite brunch spot . Usually a wait on the weekends. (Table of 2 will get seated way faster than larger groups) Love the red velvet pancakes and breakfast burrito .
Food was great and wonderful service.. had a nice lunch here with a really good friend of mine. Nice to have a pleasant place to eat in the gayborhood!
The "Kitchen Sink " was to die for! Huge portions as well , take it home with you and have it for lunch too!
Red velvet pancake is pretty much a cake . Amazing options and large portion sizes.
This place has a some crazy pancakes , and french toast . I actually had the peaches and cream oatmeal , and it was amazing!
Great for brunch but very large portions so bring and appetite! It's also BYOB so if looking to drink mimosas or bloody Mary's have some with you.
Crime brûlée French toast is to die for!
AMAZING! Chicken And Waffle Eggs Benedict With Rosemary Home Fries !
Deep fried Oreo French toast ... red velvet pancakes ... eggs Benedict ... this place will not disappoint. Come here with a huge appetite. Portions are not small.
The Peanut butter and jelly French toast is the best meal I have ever had!
The peanut butter cup latte is amazing. The oatmeal specials are pretty dense and filling even though they aren't huge.
The BEST vegan sausage ever... And the vegan strawberry French toast with strawberries , whip cream and maple ... OMG, amazing.
It's just deserve 10 out of 10. Great food and service. I really loved it and coming again.
Best service in Philly! They're now open until midnight! You don't want to miss out!
Huge portions and great tasting food. A little pricey so be sure to take your wallet... Lol????????
Brunch favorites include the banana and chocolate hazelnut crespelle and the pesto and tomato frittata with thick home fries. - Visit Philly
Felt like I was back in Brooklyn. Cozy spot with some of the best breakfast food ever. Worth the wait. Get the breakfast special with grits. - Hector
A really great brunch spot with fresh food. The Dutch Baby (sweet) is wonderful and Savory waffle (with creamed chip beef)? Buttery. Salty. Delicious. - Victoria U.
Great market. Lots of dining options from BBQ, Chinese, Burgers, to Philly Cheesesteaks. Even have chocolate stalls, fresh fish and farm goods from area Amish. Right next door to Hilton Garden Inn. - Mark B
It's a beautiful area and the tours are great! Fun Philly neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby! - David Waldman
Worth the private tour in the morning to learn about the history and present work of the place. Love their mosaic art in the local community. - Stacy Bo Bacy
