Best skirts steaks I've ever had. Marinate in olive oil salt pepper minced garlic , leave out 30 mins at room temp before cooking. Get grill super hot. 3 min per side MAX for medium rare. ????????????

You have to stay on them when placing an order. I didnt like that they charged me before I picked up & then looked pissed when I checked to make sure correct.

What happened to customer courtesy. I received a cut of meat that i dIdn't ask for. I called & spoke with an older GRUMPY guy, the owner. I told him that I was dissatisfied & he replied "I DONT CARE".
