This place has been here for 60 years, Mike is the owner. Friendly bunch of legends with a ton of different meats. Got a leg of lamb , filet mignon , Canadian bacon and more from here. Tons of sausage .

the 30-day aged, bone-in shell steaks are excellent value for $12.99/lb. get 'em 2" thick, marinate in soy sauce and grill on highest possible heat for 8 min per side. charred outside, rare inside.

Octopuses are supposed to be very intelligent – but I'm glad that they're not so intelligent that they avoid ending up in Paisanos's octopus salad , because it is delicious!

If you're getting a sandwich , stay by the front half of the counter near the door. The back half is for people getting meaty treats to cook elsewhere.

If you just describe what you're making, they'll hook you up with all the right cuts. I still don't actually know what part of the cow a brisket is.
