A very nice whole animal butcher shop and salumeria. Super well-priced and the dudes who work there are very friendly and passionate. Pork chops , Thai sausage , coffee cured lonzino. Anything, really.

The Hogfather is garlicky pork collar coppa with layers of Swiss cheese and peppery pancetta , mustard greens and mayonnaise , along with white onion and lettuce made paper-thin on a meat slicer.

had a chicken sandwich here and it was bomb. the cuts of meats are great and affordable if you want to throw a party with a charcuterie plate . highly recommend.

Picked a 60 day dry-age ribeye . He cut it and cooked it immediately. Pretty sure it's the best steak I've ever had (and only ~$30).

They have daily sandwich specials full of amazing pig meat in interesting combinations.
