Beds are really nice. Get a room overlooking the river and Boston. Parking is expensive and a pain but the fitness center is huge.
Got a room with view on the Charles :) Large room, king bed, perfect for our 3 nights stay. Great breakast. Not close from any T station though, but they have a free shuttle running until 9pm.
Impressed with the views and overall appearance of the rooms. Not the greatest location or hotel , but a solid one for the area.
Parking is $40 per night. If you don't want to pay that, find meter parking outside and prepare coins.
Great location, walking distance to many attractions . Hubway bikes are close, best way to get around boston.
It's a nice hotel in a corporate sort of way. But it really isn't close to anything despite being in the middle of Cambridge. Plan to take their shuttle or taxis everywhere.
Be sure to get a glimpse of the hotel from across the Charles River in order to appreciate its ziggurat-like architecture .
Great place. Huge rooms, nice interior and great service. Me like
Despite what Google says, the most convenient access to the T is at BU Central, not BU West or anything on the Red Line .
Very nice service. Plenty of meeting rooms.
Great lap pool and gym . Nice balconies with great views
The beds in this hotel are huge. Bar closes at 12am on the dot. Bars around town close at 2am.
Excellent staff . Great rooms. The atrium can be a bit annoying if someone downstairs is being loud and disturbing guests.
Truly nothing special. Standard amenities ; slightly dingy like most places. The view of the Charles is nice if you can get it.
Solid breakfast spread --- especially the omelette station
Always forget that Hyatt have charges for Internet and water!!! Why don't they just include it in the price? It's 2013!!!!
Breathtaking views of this wonderful city
Best shower I've ever had; like being under a warm waterfall .
Ice machines and vending machines apparently alternate floors. Weird. Long walk for ice!
Aging property located next to MIT dorms. Not that convenient for visiting Boston. Has weird lights below the bed.
Which I don't like it in the hotel is that you can smell the food while it is cooked from early morning from your room and this makes feel bad.
You can stay here and use public transit to get to Boston, but it's definitely not very convenient.
I like this place. Stayed here 3 times now. The staff are great and the rooms are huge.
Coffee and cocktail
Do not accept the 3-4-503 or 04 rooms. The scaletor is noisy . I could change after complaining. They should fix this!
put us on handicapped room with garbage view of a roof, the people in the gym could also look right into our room, expensive wifi , gotta pay for use of safe, Hyatt Shuttle is a joke, no airport servic
Really, charging for wifi and parking in addition to the room charge? Thanks for nickel and diming us...we won't be back.
You should get a large beer , it is BIG!
Large beer is awesome
Soft shell lobster ! Kicks ass!
Bumped into 30 Rock's Judah Friedlander in the lobby.
Watch out for the fruit flies around the bar !
So-so hotel
Do not hang items from sprinkler head. This will cause flooding.
1970! Needs an update
Get free internet from MIT
Matt was heree <3
I go here to pump my pecs almost daily. Hell yah bro.
Terrible time here! Over priced parking , and too far from the squares. Ask for free internet.
will NOT be returning to this overpriced hellhole
Bad news!!
Can be a little crowded depending on how busy the hotel is. Usually not too bad during the week. - Ilker
Great location, mall across with plenty of eateries and a short walk away to train station to go Boston - Irene Ulbrich
Very Clean and cozy rooms, amenities are great. 1,3 mile to city center. - CG
This hotel is fantastic, the rooms are lovely, the breakfast is delicious & it's conveniently located. Check Expedia for any promotions when booking a room. - Dan Thompson
Went during the offseason and the tour was still great. The tour guides are awesome. - Nicholas Kirsch
