stood at counter for 10mins to make payment &no one bother to talk to you! saw so many customers complain about the slow service there. They claimed that have not enough staff , if so, don't open biz!

Food is nice, and it's freezing, even the hot pot of soup also can turn into cold one

If u come here, u better know how to speak Mandarin as I think there is like 1 or 2 who can speak Cantonese. Food is so so. Nothing fantastic

Omg...the bill is in Chinese...so if I can't read it then how do I know whether I am charge correctly ??

Lousy service, the way the arrange the utensils is worse than hawker centre, very rough. I don't normally find the need to wash the cups and wipe the plates but I just did. The turntable looks dirty y

Not worth it! Service really slow,nearer you are to the exit,you get your dim sum faster.dim sum trolley only stays in that area.trolley arrives almost empty.Food is cold. Dim sum really limited.

Very bad service! Waited so long for someone to take order. When dish finally arrive, rice is not here yet. Called for 5-6 times only they deliver rice . Not to mention the rice is cold!

This is one of the worst Chinese restaurant in Klang Valley... in terms of services for the price you are paying... really bad....food is only average, but expensive ....

Slow service. 2 orders got mixed up with the style of cooking. Overpriced and no ambience. Otherwise food was pretty decent. Not worth a second visit.

The manager Winnie damn arrogant, talked as if she's the owner. Inflexible, asked her to change the chair, dirty & stained, gave me the idiotic face.

Not many varieties of dim sum .. Food served are cold ...service is poor and slow...

Service is bad.... plates are dirty .... bad bad bad.... never come back again....
