Gorgeous property, awesome learning opportunity. House is beautiful, but tours need a lot of interpretive updating. Worth the visit though for the gorgeous creek side trails with mill ruins.
Superb displays of DuPont and American industrial development and innovation. The docent historical tours are professional quality.

Large grounds for walking and sightseeing. If you arrive after 2:00 pm you get a second visit at no charge within 1 week.
Our 5th graders had a great time! The biscuits were delicious:) thank you for my Hagley Teddy bear ! Very cute my daughter will love him!

If you're visiting Hagley , you've GOT to see the Millwright Shop -- very cool nineteenth-century equipment powered by a network of gears, pulleys, leather belts, and axles.
