Go up the tower , but only if the weather is decent otherwise you won't see much. A guided tour of the stadium is fun and well worth it.
Worth a look. You can walk around the entire stadium and get a good look at it. No need to do the tour unless you want the views from the tower (overpriced).
La Piscine Olympique is the Colosseum of pools—cavernous and skylit, with diving towers and swimming options from a wading pool to one that’s twice the size of a skating rink . -- Green Guide Editor
This is where the 1976 Olympics took place. Make sure to visit the other stuff around that block as well
Just behind the stadium , if you climb the stairs that get you to Sherbrooke street and then to Maisonneuve park , you will find a nice little hidden brand new playground with trampolines & a nice view
Since its inauguration for the 1976 Olympics, more than 67 million visitors have come and it has, along with the famous Montreal Tower , become the international symbol of Montreal!
I visited for Mets vs. Blue Jays in March 2014, and it makes me wish that MTL still had a team, because this place was the loudest ballpark I've been to. Those plastic seats help.
Solid venue, despite its various issues. Really amazing to see this place jam-packed for an Impact game.
Take a picture in front of the stadium , where the Olympic rings and torch reside, along with a podium (for your gold medal poses!).
Take the funicular to the top of the stadium 's tower for awesome views .
If the 'Spos ever returrrrn, use tha metal bleacher seats like drums to raise a ruckus 'n welcome them back!
Amazing place with an amazing history, but quite haunted nowadays. Sad.
Olympic Stadium closed for construction in the Summer of 2024. No access to tours .
Took some time to build but really impressive architecture !
Very big, and really dated. Never was a fan of domes.
Its a sea of concrete. Avoid the food, go up the tower and drop by for a match of the Impact if you can.
Montreal allez allez

Mostly Heartache & Heartbreak...
The Tour De Montreal closes at 5 on weekends. Go before then.
Nice park , but expensive
An architectural marvel more appreciated outside of the city than within it. Sadly.
The most run down, dumpy arena I have ever visited.
I love the outside look!
Nadia Comaneci was the first gymnast to earn a perfect score at the 1976 Summer Olympics
Great place for skateboard, rollerblade & bmx
Excellent place to rollerblade in the summer!
Super beaux vestiaires rénovés!
Nothing says "patriotism" like visiting a Canadian Olympic stadium !
