Get your breakfast here before your 6 am flight! The spinach empanada , guava and cheese pastilo were excellent. Cafe con leche bit do much. Their breakfast sandwich is standard fare.
Go to spot in the fll for empanadas and cafe con leche and my favorite guava and cheese pastries . Lines are long at certain hours, staff is cool.
It's excellent as far as finding good Cuban food in the airport . Great whole30/paleo options. Only draw back is not as much food for price. I had the slow cooker pork with tostones and maduros .
Sit down and order from the regular menu, while you are waiting, go get empeñadas and croquettes and the hot bar (express take out ).
The food is most definitely NOT Cuban (I am one, I know). It's more of a Caribbean fusion style of food. It's sad how many restaurants nowadays are serving food under the Cuban name when it's not.
This place is lame. If you order their takeout , you can't sit in their seating area and promptly kick you out. PoS.
Skip the pancakes and get a pastelito instead if you're there for breakfast

The pastel not flaky, small for the price, and the guayaba has the consistency of taffy. I don't want people walking out of this place thinking that's what Cuban food is. Low quality.

They have terrible customer service. If you buy something from the to go area they won't let you sit in the restaurant .

Waited in line for 30 minute to find they were ONLY serving one menu option (Cuban Sandwich , not made fresh). Waste of time.

El huevo del desayuno es prefabricado, terrible! Las papas de la casa si estaban buenas. The eggs were terrible, but the house potatoes were good.
