Maybe they give out the good rooms early. Third floor, stuck me in a Double with bunk beds in the corner. V Romantic ! I can check in online & get a steak sandwich to my room - all for £33!

Stayed in the refurbished rooms , great nights sleep and rooms. Perfect for South Terminal as walkway through and included valet parking which was cheaper than booking directly with airport .

A good full service hotel attached to the terminal for easy access . Check out the lounge , both food and drinks are great. Get a room in the new part as the rest is dated

Amy Restaurant is very good! Go for the upgrade to executive room for free drinks and food at the executive lounge : sleeping alone? U can invite one person to the lounge !

Tip#1. Up grade your room to the new wing. #2. Request for a another blanket because the beds are very firm. #3.Order the pizza if you're on a budget because they're two meals in one.

Rooms in the new building very comfortable . Executive lounge a nice way to wind down the night before a flight.

If you can ask for a room in the new tower. Rooms are lovely. Robes in the bathroom . Safe. Hair dryer. Flat screen tv . Quiet and spacious . Very very nice. Great refurbishments.

Good standard as per Hilton, but I had a room which was quite dated and a bit traditional. Large bed, very very soft… too soft for me!

New rooms are wonderfully quiet once you figure out how to turn off the aircon, decorated beautifully & comfortable .

There are a lot of rooms here, a gym , a Costa, a restaurant and a bar . Staff don't seem too helpful when providing instructions to find your way around.

Very impressed with this hotel . Great service. Nice rooms. Good size bathroom and bath. If I need an airport stay I'll definitely be back!

If you walk in that corridor your fine and your room will be great !!!

Good access to Gatwick Airport , walking distance. Nice bar and restaurant .

Nice friendly staff , ice cold Pinot Grigio and large clean rooms ! What more could you want!

Lunch menu should have more options such pasta etc... But overal nice food and clean

For free WiFi spend a few mins joining the Hilton honors program before booking .

Very stingy with their HHonors upgrades plus, usually, have to ask for in-room benefits.

Can't get a closer hotel to Gatwick- covered walkway links you in less than 5 mins

Small bathroom . No separate shower . Rooms look dated. But as you will only be here for a night before your flight it's ok

Skip it. The breakfast buffet is fine. Nothing else is good. Filthy room. Light switches turn ALL lights on/off at once. No one would choose to stay here if it wasn’t for delayed/early flights.

A very convenient hotel at Gatwick Airport . Usual Hilton standard - comfortable rooms and good amenities . Only one gripe - my usual one about the WiFi which is charged for even in the lobbies & bars !

Convenient hotel if one happens to spend the night at the airport

Easy access to South Terminal and short term parking .

Room was spacious & hotel provided cot for baby + extra towel. All rooms have baths. Little disappointed that room service was so busy couldn't order, no one ever called us back 2 take our order.

Stay in the new wing if you can. Better, spacious rooms

Bar stays open until 2am if there are people around. Serves a decent Costa Coffee

No Complementary Water, Beds were like sleeping on planks of wood.

Airport hotel . Location, location, location.

Renewed rooms are very pleasant and quiet .

Handy if you are flying from Gatwick, need a bed & acceptable coffee

The most noisy hotel I've ever seen. Bring your earplugs with you. The don't have any.

Relies on the name a bit too much

Horrible service. They didn’t honor our reservation because the hotel was somehow overbooked. They sent us to a nearby hotel , which wasn’t as convenient.
