Absolutely fantastic hotel . Great club level rooms on the top floor with access to club lounge . Wonderful staff .

Free Wifi 128 Kbps at least it's free it runs Facebook Twitter. Also if u have a putter room u get 3G hotel is lush breakfast if amazing but dinner is better the burger and fries I like

A great hotel if you have an early flight , BUT 'high speed' wifi in hotels of this quality should always be free...here it is only free for very low bandwidth

A typical but well kept hotel thats good for staying overnight if you have an early flight the next morning. Staff are pleasant and they have the standard facilities. The wifi is okay, if a bit slow

Nice and quiet rooms. Beds are always great. It would be even nicer if this hotel had the same distinctive smell as the one in Terminal 5. I thought that was a Sofitel thing everywhere.

The chocolate ice cream does not melt as quickly as the strawberry ice cream !

Chinese restaurant is great. Rooms are simple but clean . Awful Wifi policy . Oh and double check any restaurant booking you make, even if it's half an hour beforehand, because they like to lose them.

WiFi policy maddening, but otherwise very accommodating. Got us into our room by 8AM though they can't guarantee in advance. Go to M&S Simply Foods in the terminal for cheap eats, fridge in room.

Oriental restaurant seems a hidden, authentic gem with a wide choice - try the Thai dishes

Empty minibar, police-like check-in process, ridiculously limited free wifi (and ridiculously expensive broadband wifi ) ... Location, seconds away from terminal, is the only asset of this "Sofitel "
