Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport

Good comfortable hotel . Slight walk from south terminal . Very quiet rooms and comfy beds .

Wifi in the room and water are charged extra. Wouldn't expect from Marriott. Also, barely any cell signal - had to sit next to the window to talk on the phone. Quite close to terminal though.

Good hotel ! Nice, clean and spacious rooms just five minutes walk from the terminal. Not a 5* but definitely value for money .

Good place to stay right next to the airport . Closest food is McDonald's and the mini mart next door to it.

Nice rooms shielded by the airplane noise. However no free parking for guests and no free wifi either is disgraceful for a modern hotel . Will not stay again.

Robbing bas**ds. £24.50 for two gin tonic . At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. Unbelievable. Can recommend you BYO as these guys just take the p1ss. Will NEVER stay here again EVER. Simple.

Claim they are a "franchise hotel " and cannot offer the advertised free breakfast to Gold members. Beware!

As expected free wifi is extremely slow. You can upgrade to faster wifi at £4.95 per hour though...????

Shuttle bus from South Terminal a rip off, £3 when it's quicker to walk. Bus goes via North Terminal !!

A nice walk to the hotel and back to watch a few planes land/take off whilst waiting for a train .

Good hotel - unhelpful reception take ages to check in. Walk rather than take bus if weather is ok £3 shuttle bus trip for 1 minute is a rip off. Out of south terminal walk right and follow road round

no signal with orange anywhere inside. Check out is so slow but if you use the express one you will get charged for the water in your room as you have not told them you have not had it.

A bit run down. Need renovation. Close to the airport , decent restaurant . Good staff .

Car park a rip off at £25 for overnight. Check in takes forever. No 3 signal except in car park . Good job the rooms are decent!

No problems at check-in (midnight though!). The hotel is 5-10 mins walk from South Terminal of the airport . Wifi is on the expensive side.

WiFi is extremely slow during peak hours (most of the evening) and slow the remaining time. Fortunately, as an elite member there was no cost.

Don't take the hotel transfer bus get good directions instead, waited 30 mins for the bus , did a trip round several hotels that took a further 15 minutes, paid £3.00 and could of walked in 5 minutes

Despite people at the check in desk with no one to attend, I still had to wait = A little bit rude maybe..... The girl who checked me in was very pleasant.

Hotel facilities good. Directions from airport non existent Staff unhelpful. Spent 45 minutes trying to find it them gave up and took taxi which cost £10 for approx 1/2 mile.

Free wifi is good and eat at bar not buffet .

It's a world record. 45 minutes to check in. Then I discover that the shuttle bus starts at 0400. Which is half an hour too late really. Rooms really nice though.

Don't eat at the buffet . Instead sit at the bar and ask for the menu.

You have to pay for wi-fi and airport shuttle bus , air conditioning is noisy ... too expensive !

To me it took almost one hour to get a room... I saw ppl sleeping in the lobby waiting for rooms also. Sumthn's wrong with this place.. And the staff is kind of rude...

До аэропорта можно дойти пешком за 10 минут прогулочным шагом. Автобус-шаттл 3 фунта за 1 поездку. Бесплатного wi fi нет, только платный. Персонал не очень доброжелательный.
