Love it for what it is. A dive bar that does not sell food. It had one solid local IPA on tap and that was it. Great prices but no frills. This is the way.
If you want sweet drinks and tchotchkes, go to Bourbon Street. Here, all you’ll find are locals, some cheap 24-hour drinking, and an endless supply of bar stories. Go for the basics: Miller or Bud.
The only bar in town in which the drinks are mixed so strong that you will only ever ask for extra mixer, never extra alcohol !

Nevermind my previous comment; yeah, the drinks are cheap but Russell will cut you off if he deems "necessary". Which is not cool, especially for a bartender . Other than that, he was a nice dude
If you like your burger well-done this might just be the place for you. Miller Lite for just 2 bucks helps washing it down.
