Nice hotel ..excellent location ..great service...big rooms BUT they dont offer you iron and iron board and coffee machine ...as a5 star hotel you expect this service...the terrace upstairs iupstairs

I like the location and rooms quality. It's has one of Rome best restaurants (Magnolia). Staff are friendly and concierge were of great help.

It is not Jumeirah any more.old and not clean as a5 stars.I asked for fresh orange juice from the menu they told me it is finshed! they opened the sofa and charged the sofa as an extra bed

Отель отличный, но русские девушки службы консьерж в отеле - ужас. Трижды обращались за инфо и трижды был провал. Полные незнайки и неумёхи, лучше с ними не общаться!! В остальном - все понравилось
