Friendly & efficient! The baristas are super sweet, remember your name & your drink, and everything runs like a well oiled machine. Even if you arrive to find a long line it'll move quickly!

Beautiful designs of Asian Artwork in this Starbucks Cafe . This is my first Starbucks cafe ever to keep asking for more ice for my iced macchiato drinks, I enjoy my drinks cold!

Look up & enjoy the really cool ceiling ... but after you order your coffee , not while we're all waiting impatiently in line behind you.

Drinks are made super quick, especially if they're mobile orders.

The 2nd and 3rd seat by the window has an electric outlet ! Great seat to charge your phone and people watch !

Did you know if you save your cup you can come back and get a refill for coffee or tea for 54 cents... Regardless of size! It's a good deal . :)

This coffee house was built on an elephant cemetery . It's not wise to carry bags of peanuts . Shelled or unshelled.

Good location in Chinatown.. Convenient to the subway

Be careful during the snowy days ! Snow from the top of the building falls onto unsuspecting pedestrians and customers who enter.

Rude Starbucks employees. It's raining out so I grab an ice coffee and finish it. When I'm done I ask for a refill and the employee doesn't believe me that I've been sitting in there the whole time.

Christina, one of the servers is really really nice. Ask for her and say hi!

So what's with the BS about my card not being registered for the birthday reward. This branch is so incompetent, with workers that really know how to ruin a birthday. Go to SoHo branch instead.

Eventually they know what you want before you order it :D

Used to work here - craziest job I ever had - its ALWAYS busy and crowded , only Starbucks in Chinatown ! I'm glad I don't come home smelling like coffee and milk anymore...

They wouldn't break my $100 bill. Apparently the long lines don't generate enough cash. Very surprising considering it's located in the financial capital of the world. FAIL.
