Staff is not very friendly/helpful (I think the store is understaffed so that might be the root cause). Be prepared to wait a long time in line to pay.
Too bright , looks like a glorified H&M. Disappointed since Zara is my favorite. Way way understaffed. I trust it will improve. Hey it's a block from my apartment .
