decent business hotel , convenient for my office . fitness center is large and well equipped, breakfast is great. very friendly service

Quick stop for coffee , sandwich salad & soup , La Prep, next to the hotel , offers very reasonable price-quality fresh breakfast & lunch meals. You can "Grab N Go" or enjoy the meal in store Recommended

Awesome service!! They didn't have the room prepared that I booked online and upgraded us to an e executive suite with free valet parking free of charge

I had to deal with some urgent paperwork and Candace at the front desk was extremely helpful with faxing, sending stuff to my room so I could get on with my night, etc. very pleased with the staff .

The Matisse Restaurant and Bar here serves excellent food, so you need not go far to experience great cuisine.

If you go to the gym bring water as there is no drinking fountain or water bottles on location.

If it starts to rain and you forgot an umbrella, just ask the front desk for a loaner.

The wi-fi signal is absolutely pitiful in some rooms.

Park at Hudson's Bay and save money, very cheap parking on weekends.

This place needs an overhaul, so outdated. Gives off a creepy Shining vibe.

They charge for wifi , in-room internet and gouge you in the business center . Not good.
