Incredible amount of design books and magazines . They also have niche toys such as nanoblocks. Just make sure to check www.booko.com.au before purchasing, you could end up saving a lot.

This Kinokuniya is huge and has a huge selection of books (manga included) in multiple languages. If you can't find something, use one of the computers (Kino Navi) or ask the staff .

The biggest bookstore in town with a wide range of books , Moleskine notes and a book cafe . Still lacking many best-selling titles and newest books . Anyway satisfied. Even better with Free WiFi

Possibly best general bookshop in town (cos it's Japanese, and with broader Asian flavour. Though has all books from all over). Also cafe , little gallery etc. Must-see.

Kino Halloween Fest today. They're doing free comic books , face painting , zombie finger puppet origami and they have 20% off comics and the same off books if you're in costume .

Best book store in Sydney hands down. Massive selection including Asian publications. The entire floor is dedicated to this store basically.

Japanese section has been reshuffled with new displays to sell more overpriced magazines and illustration books . Unfortunately it seems shoujo manga has been shafted with less shelf space now.

Great place to buy Japanese stationery & pens. Got my fix of Zebra Sarasa 0.7mm pens here...

Good choice for English grammar books and dictionaries. Great range of Manga and Asian language materials.

Coffee shop isn't bad - nice spot, my coffee and cake was great but a few people around me seemed to be complaining (weak or cold), but staff were friendly and fixing things up
