Good food, trendy atmosphere and always seems to be full. They do a great Sunday lunch too.
Get the pulled pork with corn bread , beans and spinach (offered on Sat.) You'd do well to find anything as good in Charleston or Savannah.
Very reasonably priced (steak is under 14 quid), chicken burger is out of this world and they have Brooklyn beer on tap . What more could you want?
The roast beef on a Sunday can't be beaten locally although the buttermilk chicken puts up a good fight. Please don't come here I want it all to myself
great atmosphere and a menu with good brunch and lunch options.
The poached egg and kippers breakfast really hit the spot, egg was perfectly runny.
Really liked it - great menu choice, tasty food, good selection of beers , friendly service
Nice casual place for catching up with friends. Great breakfast . Loved the smoothie of the day.
The halloumi fries with pomegranate was amazing
Friendly service , good value , all round top restaurant . Pulled pork , 'slaw and bun was delicious. Try it!
Cosy cute place with superb portugese pastries ????
The duck and chicken burger are fantastic. Specials are also usually good. Must reserve .
French Toast and maple syrup is amazingly good. If it came with bacon it would be perfect!
Somewhat pricey but it's expected in an area like the Village . Excellent service and decent food!
Great place for Sunday lunch one of the best around great staff
They were slow and forgot to bring our starter but were very apologetic and gave us a main on the house. Overall, the service was good.
Fantastic roast lunches on Sunday. Beef was perfectly cooked, the roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings were awesome.
Decent food, especially for E17. Although the queue on Sunday is crazy unless you arrive before 12pm. Plus I think Village Kitchen better for roasts.
Highly recommended: Excellent food and service. Try to duck confit !
Get the chicken burger ????
The French Toast is the best I've ever had. YUMMY

Lovely staff . Non pretentious high quality trendy place to eat xxx
Nice breakfast menu , friendly staff
Great food and even better to chill out in the bar area. Full roast chicken for two on Sundays, a novelty but a great one!
The cheese board is great.
Chicken burger is divine.
Disappointing portions, especially Sunday Roast . 3 small slices of beef , smidge of cabbage . Where was all the veg ? Not worth the price.
Awesome sunday lunch here - the Yorkshire pud was great Read more
The pulled pork is sensational!

Buttermilk fried chicken burger for the win!!!

Nice enough but you pay for style over substance...
Bland food, too hot and too loud .
Highly Recommend You Book in Advanced.. Fri & Sat Are Busy... BUT, Try The Venison When It's Back In Season, Great Meal, Smart But Casual Venue...

Mix and match and neon lights and colours and a great atmosphere. It's a bit far from central London but it's worth a visit - Yiota Pap
