Go in with a plan. Always plan the muscle groups you're going to work that day. Otherwise you'll just be milling around the machines and you'll get tired of the gym .

Don't just spend all your time on the treadmill . Get the most out of your membership and lift some weights. Lifting is good for weight loss too. :-)

Never feel that you can't ask a trainer for a quick tip. If they are training someone, give them the courtesy to finish with their client, then ask.

Its not the weight you lift...it how many reps you do. No Judgments...do your best and forget the rest.

On the "Lat Pull Down" machine...don't lean back to pull down. Drop the weight and push ur chest out and head back to get best results.
