Don't drive past if you're in the area! Admission is free, it's the only observation tower I know of with an elevator , and the five-stories-up and nearly-360-degrees-around view is worth the pit stop.

Very relaxing with a beautiful view of Hollywood/Dania Beach and the intracoastal waterway.
