You never know what to expect from a chain- however, Lisa is a patient and skilled groomer ! She clearly loves animals and did a great job on my Maltese . My little guy looks great :)

staff is super helpful. they ask the right questions, have great answers and totally judge you (in the best way) with regard to what you're feeding your pet .

If you have a question about anything, Danyell has the answer. She's always super helpful. This location is also home to A Tail at a Time rescue efforts.

I know I should support my local pet store and blah blah blah, but the people that work here are so much nicer and much more helpful than the other pet stores in the area. Prices are ok too.
