While it's a craft store & they are plentiful, the staff ... where us the staff ?? Extremely long lines to pay & if you have a question , good luck finding someone to answer it.

Get there early and ask questions . You can find almost any crafting thing there.

They need a customer service desk. You have to wait in an endless line to ask a question or check in for a class . Frustrating.

The embroidery section is minimal and most of the flosses are disorganized and main colors (like black) are gone.

They are always somewhere between pretty and extremely understaffed

ALWAYS understaffed which means long lines for everything, especially at check out.

Lots of art supplies , mostly upstairs. Frames.

Avoid the “free” classes . Took my daughter to the slime class , utter waste of time. Disgruntled employee gave each kid a dollop of already made slime and glitter. Employee has serious anger issues.

If you want nonsense and tat this is the place. If you want actual art materials , try somewhere else.

Go to place for crafting materials .
